Welcome to Pet Whisk. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 The Agency Relationship 

• Appointment of Agent: By placing an order on this website, you the Client appoint Pet Whisk as your authorized agent to source, purchase, and arrange for the shipment of the requested product(s) on your behalf from our network of suppliers.

• Client's Funds: The total price you pay includes the cost of the product payable to the supplier, plus our pre-agreed agency fee for the services of sourcing, order processing, and customer service. 

• Our Role: As your agent, we selected reliable suppliers and handle the logistics of getting the product to you. Title for the product passes directly from the supplier to you.
